So, one common question clients ask me when they first call me about hiring my firm to represent them in a workers’ compensation case is, ‘How much is it going to cost to hire you guys?’ And that’s a great question.
Our fee is purely contingent on getting the case successfully resolved. So, our firm charges the standard attorney’s fee of 25% of the final settlement. In other words, we don’t get paid until you get paid.
So we represent you through the entire scope of the case, and at the end of the case, when the case resolves, then our fee, which also has to be approved as reasonable by the judge, as well as our expenses, and then once it’s approved by the judge, and you sign off on it, then we get paid.
